Accuro Login

Follow the appropriate workflow below for your applicable setup to launch Accuro. 

Accuro Cloud

  1. Log into https://accuro.cloud using your Accuro ONE ID and password.
  2. Select the Accuro app from the Citrix StoreFront. 

ASP

  1. Log into https://citrix-ca.cloudwerx.com/vpn/index.html using your user name and password.
  2. Select the Accuro app from the Citrix StoreFront. 

Local

  1. Double-click the Accuro icon on your computer desktop.
    OR
    Click the Windows Start icon, type Accuro in the Start window and select Accuro from the list displayed and log in. 
  2. Log in using your Accuro username and password.

Note: The instructions above are for Windows. Your operating system may vary

Launch Multiple Instances of Accuro

The following workflow may be used to launch multiple instances of Accuro:

  1. Log into https://accuro.cloud using your Accuro ONE ID and password.
  2. Select the Accuro EMR app from the Citrix StoreFront and download the .ica file.
  3. Click Open in the prompt to launch Accuro and open the .ica file in Citrix Workspace.
  4. Navigate back to the Citrix StoreFront and select the Accuro EMR app once again to download a new .ica file.
  5. Select Open the prompt to launch another instance of Accuro and open the .ica file in Citrix Workspace. This will launch Accuro on a new Citrix server.
