Unable to See Copy of Faxed Letter in Virtual Chart

Question: A letter was generated for a patient. The clinical note is in the chart with a fax symbol on it. I can see and preview the letter from the fax console but I cannot find it in the virtual chart.

If you right-click on the clinical notes and select Fax/Print Summary. If the item has a Yes in the CC column this is showing it is a CC with no primary recipient and this is why the fax cannot be seen in the virtual chart.
