Change the Office for a Form

Create a New Form

  1. Press and release the Alt key, click Tools and select Form Editor from the list displayed.
  2. In the form editor window select and open the appropriate form.
  3. Click down arrow and select the appropriate office(s) from the dropdown list displayed. The default is that the form displays in all offices. To have the form display in only specific offices, click the appropriate checkboxes.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.:
