Accuro Chat
Accuro Chat is a module available to clinics which allows them to send instant messages to other users in the clinic.
When the chat module is enabled it will appear on the Accuro Navigation bar with the chat icon
.
Note: The clinic's local IT needs to whitelist the following IP address for Accuro Chat: 158.106.77.153
See Administration - Basics on Accuro Learning Academy (ALA) for additional help on this topic! See Accuro Learning Academy for access.
Accuro Chat will help you:
- Save Time: Let providers know if they’re running behind or if a patient has arrived.
- Stay Coordinated: Share quick reminders like “Lunch is here” or "Lab results ready".
- Enhance Safety: Some clinics use a discreet code phrase (e.g., “It’s hot in my room”) to quietly signal the need for support.

icon from the Accuro Navigation bar.
