Scheduling Reports

Appointment Reason / Type Summary
Creates a list of patients who have had appointments for specific reasons and types, within a date range.

Appointment Region Summary
Creates a report of patients living in selected cities, who have had appointments of specific types, between two selected dates. The Detailed version of the report displays individual patient details and a total count for each city. The Summary Only version displays only the total count for each appointment type in each city selected.

Appointment Resource Listing (BC)
Creates a list of patients with appointments for selected resources between a specified date range. The status of the appointment can also be displayed on the report, if required.

Calendar Notes
Generates a printed copy of either the Provider Calendar, the Office Calendar or both, depending upon the selection made. The month and year to be printed are selectable.

Day Sheet
Creates a detailed day sheet report for the selected Provider. The dates and times to be included in this report are selectable, as is the order in which the information is displayed.

Hospitalized Patients (BC)
Lists all patients who are in hospital for a selected Provider.

No Show / Cancellation Trend
Creates a list of no shows and cancelled appointments between two selected dates. The report can be grouped by either Provider or Day of the Week. A Detailed or Summary version of this report is available.

Non-Booked Patient List
Creates a list of patients who do not have bookings with your office. There is an option to exclude patients currently on the waitlist.

Office Provider Patients
Creates a list of all patients for a selected Provider. The option is available to be able to list by a Patient Status. More than one Provider and Status can be selected at a time by holding down the Ctrl key whilst making selections.

Patient Appointment History
Creates a summary of a Patients Appointment History between two selected dates. This is the same information as is displayed when F4 is selected.

Patient Appointment Summary
Provides a summary of a Patient's Appointments between two selected dates. No Show Appointments can be included or excluded, as required. There is also an option to display only Scheduled Appointments with New Bill Entries. Diagnostic details can be included in the report, if required.

Patient Status Summary
Creates a list of patients seen with selected Status(es) by selected Provider(s) between two selected dates. The report can be configured to include the current status of a patient or to include status history details.

Patient Visit Summary
Generates a list of all patients seen by Provider(s) between two selected dates. There is an option to show All Patients, Exclude No Show patients or to display Only No Show Patients, as required.

Provider Patients
Creates a list of all patients, grouped by the Provider, that have either a Referring Provider or a Family Provider type assigned to their EMR.

Tasks
Creates a list of tasks assigned to one, multiple or all users between two selected dates. The type of task(s) can be selected as can the order the results are displayed. There is an option to display all tasks, completed tasks or not completed tasks, as required.

Third Next Appointment (AB, SK, MB, ON)
Finds the third next appointment available for the selected Provider(s) based on the appointment suggestion selected and appointment length chosen.

Visit Control by Status
Creates a summary for the selected Provider(s) of the number of visits for each status between two selected dates.

Visit Control Stats
Generates a list of the total number of visits for selected Provider(s) over a year. The year can be selected, as can the option to include Bill-only Claims and to Use Provider Groups.

Volume to Provider Ratio
Creates a list of how many appointments selected Provider(s) have had between two dates and also the percentage of the office total.

Wait List (BC, AB, SK, ON)
Creates a list of patients on a Provider(s) waitlist that have not been booked. There is an option to display by Priority, Requested Date or Patient Name.

Wait List Wait Times (BC, AB, SK, ON)
Generates wait list times for Provider(s), for selected sites and procedures. The report can be created for requests made between two selected dates and also confirmed between two selected dates

Weekly Volume Comparisons
Creates a list for the selected Provider(s) of the number of appointments they have each week or between two selected dates
