Using Tags from Forms in Letter Templates

The procedures in this section are to guide the user through the process of editing form components, pulling values directly from Accuro into letters templates.

Form Component Tags

When creating components each one needs to have a unique name (Tag Name). Open the Form Editor and bring up the form the tag name is being added to.

1. Press and release the Alt button on the keyboard, click Tools and select Form Editor from the list displayed. The Edit Repliforms window is displayed.
2. Select the appropriate form in the Forms section on the left-hand side.
3. Right-click on the component to be edited and select Edit. The Component Editor window is displayed.
   
   
4. In the Tag Name field type in a name for the field. Select a name that is easy to remember and relevant to the component you are naming.
5. Click the Save button followed by the OK button.
