Audit logs are a complete record of what has been done in Accuro and by whom. Each entry is date/time stamped. All events are recorded and logged and cannot be either edited or deleted. Audit Logs also includes a record of all add/change/delete operations on non-medical record data (including permissions).
Lab processing audit logs show Accuro as the username because the lab files are automatically uploaded.
