Reporting
The reporting area of Accuro enables you to generate a wide range of reports. The reports are divided into four categories: Scheduling, Billing, Clinical and Custom. Accuro provides you with more than 70 different reports that can be generated. This does not include any custom reports your office may have created.
When you click to select a report Accuro includes a detailed description of the report. The description is displayed in a column down the right-hand side of the window.
Access Reporting
- Press and release the Alt key, click Reports and select Reporting from the list displayed. Reporting is now displayed.
Note: The shortcut to reporting from anywhere in Accuro is Ctrl+R.
Generate a Report
- Press and release the Alt key, click Reports and select Reporting from the list displayed. Reporting is now displayed.
- Click to select the appropriate Provider(s). To select more than one hold the Ctrl button and click to select.
- Select the required report on the left hand side.
- Complete all the steps displayed on the right-hand side.
- Click the Generate Report button to display the report. The report is displayed in a preview window.
Print a Generated Report
- Press and release the Alt key, click Reports and select Reporting from the list displayed. Reporting is now displayed.
- Select and complete the required report. Click the Generate Report button to display the report. The report is displayed in a preview window.
- Click the Print button.
- Select your preferred printer and click the OK button.
Export a Report
- Press and release the Alt key, click Reports and select Reporting from the list displayed. Reporting is now displayed.
- Select and complete the required report. Click the Generate Export button to display the report.
- In the Save window displayed browse to where the file is being saved, type in the appropriate filename and click OK. The file is saved at your chosen location.
