Cumulative Preventative Care Bonus (ON)

Cumulative Preventative Care Bonuses are paid in the province of Ontario when targets are reached for the following preventative and screening areas:

• Influenza Vaccine
• PAP Smears
• Mammography
• Childhood Immunizations
• Colorectal Cancer Screening

In this area of Accuro view your progress in all of the screening areas, see which targets have been met and print out claim forms for those meeting the minimum requirements.

Cumulative Preventative Care Bonus Mappings (ON)

1. Press and release the Alt key, click Billing and select Cumulative Preventative Care Bonus from the list displayed. The Cumulative Preventative Care Bonus window is displayed.
2. Click the Options tab.
3. Click the and select the Provider from the list displayed.
4. Select the Fiscal Year Ending by using the arrow keys to select the year.
5. Click the Mappings tab.
6. All preventative care bonus items are added by default. Use the Add and Remove buttons to amend the list, if required.
7. Click Run to view your results. Where the required rate for a bonus to be paid has been reached, the Create Claim button is available. Where a rate has not been reached, the Create Claim button is greyed out.
8. Click the Create Claim button to create the annual preventative care bonus claim.
   Note: A separate claim is generated for bonus being claimed.
