Admin Tools

The Admin Tools section of Accuro is not available to all office users. If you cannot access this area of Accuro and you think you ought to be able to, please contact your Office Administrator.

Rescan Lab Recipients

  1. Press and release the Alt key, click Tools and select Admin Tools from the list displayed.
  2. Click Rescan Lab Recipients. The Rescan Lab Recipients window is displayed:

  3. Double-click the date field and select the appropriate date from the calendar displayed.
  4. Click the down arrow and select the appropriate Provider from the list displayed.

    Note: The default is All Providers.
  5. Click the Scan button. The labs are rescanned looking for new recipients that may not have been properly configured when the labs were originally sent.

Check Data Integrity

  1. Press and release the Alt key, click Tools and select Admin Tools from the list displayed.
  2. Click Check Data Integrity. The Database Integrity Check window is displayed:

  3. Click the down arrow and select from Check Only, Repair (Rebuild) or repair (Allow Data Loss).
  4. Click the Run Integrity Check button. When the integrity check is complete, the results are displayed in the Data Integrity Check window.
  5. Click the Close button to close the window.
