Press and release the Alt button on the keyboard, click Users and select Manage Security from the list displayed.
Click the Audit Logs tab on the left-hand side of the window.
Click the Activities tab.
In this window, you can search using the following fields:
Double-click the Date Range fields and select the to and from dates on the calendar displayed.
Click the Group by Activity checkbox if you want similar activities kept together.
Click the dropdown list to the right of the Activity field and begin typing your desired Activity or select from the list displayed. The default is all activities.
Click the dropdown list to the right of the User field and begin typing your desired User or select from the list displayed. The default is all users.
Click the dropdown list to the right of the User Demographics Name field and begin typing your desired User Demographics Name or select from the list displayed. The default is all user demographic names.
To search for audit logs for a specific patient, click the Patient checkbox and type in the Patient's name
OR
In the Patient ID field, enter the Patient's ID. Note: The default patient is the one currently selected.
Click the dropdown list to the right of the Role field and begin typing your desired Role or select from the list displayed. The default is all roles.
Click the dropdown list to the right of the User ID field and begin typing your desired User ID or select from the list displayed. The default is all user IDs.
Type in Comments, if applicable.
Click the List Results button. All the corresponding audit log entries are displayed.
Click the Column Options button to select which columns to display. Note: Client Machine is the name of the computer who performed the action and Client IP Address is the Internet Protocol (IP) of that computer. Citrix Session ID will only display for clinics hosted on Accuro Cloud.
Note: Depending upon the date range and the selections you made, searching the Audit Logs may take a while.
View Archived Audit Logs
Press and release the Alt button on the keyboard, click Users and select Manage Security from the list displayed.
Click the Audit Logs tab on the left-hand side of the window.
Click the Archive tab. A list of archived files is displayed in the Previous Archives box.
Note: Any Audit Log archives created prior to Accuro build 2014.03 can be viewed in theHistorical Archivestab.
