Insurer Payments

Insurer Payments is the area of Accuro where you process your payments from insurance companies. In this section you can make payments to accounts by cheque, credit or other. You can manage your payments for your insurers for each of your providers by filtering the view.

Access Insurer Payments

  1. Press and release the Alt key, click Reports and select Insurer Payments from the list displayed. The Insurer Payments window is now displayed.

Site Filter for Insurer Payments

When appointment sites has been enabled a site filter is added to the Insurer Payments window. This allows users to be able to filter insurer payments by site as well as by insurer and/or date. To enable appointment sites follow the procedure below:

  1. Press and release the Alt key, click Users and select Manage Security from the list displayed.
  2. Click the System Settings tab on the left-side of the window.
  3. Click to select the Show Sites checkbox.
  4. Click Save Settings to save any changes.
