The Virtual Chart tab of the EMR section is used to quickly view any item placed in a patient's chart. From this tab you can also print the patient chart and view log files. You can double-click a list item on the chart to view the full document.
When you search in the Virtual Chart and there are no matching chart items, a No Results message is displayed in the virtual chart listing window.
When a document has Multiple Provider Recipients ie multiple providers were selected in the Documents section of Accuro. The document only shows as one line in the Virtual Chart rather than on a separate line for each Provider. This prevents the "appearance" of the document being in the Virtual Chart multiple times.
When multiple labs are received on the same date for the same patient, the labs are grouped together irrespective of the Provider. They are displayed as a one line entry in the Virtual Chart.
